Payment timing<\/th>\nCredit card: charged when you place the order. When it appears on your statement depends on your card issuer.
PayPay: charged when you place the order.
Convenience store: pay by the due date using the reference number issued after you order. We dispatch once payment is confirmed.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Delivery time<\/th>\nNormally dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of order confirmation. We do not dispatch on weekends, public holidays, or during the New Year, Golden Week and Obon periods.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Delivery method<\/th>\nRefrigerated delivery. We ship within Japan only.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Returns and exchanges<\/th>\nBecause these are food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If an item arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect, email info@plantfarm.jp within 3 days of delivery. A photo helps us resolve it faster. We will send a replacement or refund you. If we need the item returned, we pay the return shipping.

Best before<\/th>\nBest before varies by product and format. For example, ambient items like cookies typically keep for about 6 months from their production date, while frozen items like muffins keep for about 225 days frozen, or about 9 days refrigerated after defrosting. The exact best before date is always printed on the package.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Allergen information<\/th>\nIngredients and allergens are listed on each product page. Our facility also handles products containing soy, peanuts, walnuts, cashews, almonds, apple and
