Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Plant Farm, our online store. Using the site means you accept them.

1. Who this store is for

The store serves customers in Japan. If you are a minor, please get a parent or guardian’s consent before ordering.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to order. Please keep your details accurate and your password to yourself. We treat anything done through your account as done by you.

Wholesale accounts are a separate application for businesses. We review every application individually and reply either way.

3. Orders and when a contract is formed

Placing an order does not yet form a contract. The contract is formed when we accept your order and send you dispatch confirmation.

We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, your details are incorrect, payment does not complete, we believe the order is for resale, or for another reason we consider appropriate.

4. Prices and payment

All prices include consumption tax. Food carries the reduced 8% rate; shipping carries 10%.

You can pay only by the methods shown on the product page and at checkout.

Prices and product details may change without notice. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in Shipping. Every order ships refrigerated, within Japan only.

6. Returns and exchanges

Because these are food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. What happens if an item arrives damaged, spoiled or incorrect is set out in Refund and Return Policy.

7. Product information

Ingredients, allergens and nutrition are listed on every product page. If you have a food allergy, please read them before ordering.

Our kitchen is 100% gluten-free and fully plant-based, but our facility also handles products containing soy, peanuts, walnuts, cashews, almonds, apple and banana.

Photographs may differ from the product in color and appearance.

8. What you may not do

Please do not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, register false information, interfere with how the site runs, or buy products in order to resell them.

9. Reviews

Only customers who have bought a product may review it. We may remove a review without notice if it breaks the law, attacks someone, has nothing to do with the product, or exists to advertise something.

10. Intellectual property

The text, photography, logos and design on this site belong to us or to their rightful owners. Please do not copy, republish or distribute them without our written consent.

11. Liability

We work to keep the site accurate but cannot guarantee it is complete or error-free.

If the site becomes unavailable because of a natural disaster, a network failure or another cause outside our control, we are not liable for resulting loss.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights Japanese consumer law gives you.

12. Personal data

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The updated version applies from the moment it appears on this site.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any dispute arising from your use of this site.
